At God's True Cashmere, we want you to feel the healing energy of our garments. If your piece does not resonate with you, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all custom gemstone buttons and tags are protected and intact.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
